To ensure your tree is collected: Place it at the kerb before collection day. Our team can only collect trees positioned outside your property boundary. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for trees we're unable to access.
To ensure smooth drop-off and processing:
Please bring your tree to our selling site during operating hours 9 - 4. Trees must be fully removed from stands, decorations, and netting before arrival. Our team will only accept trees with proof of online payment or cash payment made on-site.
